Individuals required to enroll in this program have had their driver’s license suspended or revoked for DUI/DWI, drug offenses or underage possession/purchase of alcohol or drugs. This program also satisfies most alcohol/drug classes ordered by Georgia courts.</B> <BR><B>    Taggart’s Driver Improvement Clinic, licensed by the Georgia State Patrol, teaches the 6-hour defensive driving program often required for driver’s license restoration, ticket dismissal for both Georgia and out-of-state courts and points reduction. Under Georgia law, drivers under 21 years of age are required to take this program if they have been convicted of driving 24+ mph above the speed limit.
