satisfies most alcohol/drug classes ordered by Georgia courts.
Taggart’s
Driver Improvement Clinic, licensed by the Georgia State Patrol, teaches
the 6-hour defensive driving program often required for driver’s license
restoration, ticket dismissal for both Georgia and out-of-state courts
and points reduction. Under Georgia law, drivers under 21 years of age
are required to take this program if they have been convicted of driving
24+ mph above the speed limit. This program can also be taken by individuals
25 years of age or older, with a clean driving record for the previous
3 years, in order to obtain a 10% reduction in insurance rates.
